First and foremost, SoftNext wants to give each of its subsidiaries the means to pursue its GROWTH STRATEGY, to develop in order to go further.

SoftNext is people-oriented and believes in its teams to provide solid support, guidance and advice to the employees of each subsidiary.

The resources made available to each company are intellectual (market research, strategic and organisational studies, finance and marketing, etc.), financial (development resources) and, above all, human, with the aim of helping our teams to develop and progress in their roles (made available in the time of SoftNext employees).

SoftNext remains committed to the autonomy and commitment of each manager.
