Job Description

SMSBOX has been supporting companies and public organizations of all sizes and industries since 2006, enabling them to communicate via SMS, voice messages, and other innovative channels such as RCS for Business and WhatsApp.
We allow our clients to rely on our expertise and reliability for their marketing and transactional needs.
Examples: two-factor authentication, promotional communications, appointment confirmations, work orders, etc.

Our objective: to provide the highest quality of service while continuously expanding our range of communication solutions.

We are looking for a Web Developer (M/F) for our site in Carqueiranne to support our growth and innovation efforts.

Responsibilities

Maintenance and optimization of existing platforms and services.

Analyze user and business needs, then write technical and functional specifications.
Develop new features and scalable services, and ensure their testing.
Provide technical support and assist our users (levels 1 and 2).

Desired profile

Knowledge:

• Operational knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL.
• Proficiency in PHP with at least 3 years of experience.
• Version control management using Git.
• Knowledge of Linux/Debian/Ubuntu is preferred.

Skills:

• Ability to understand and work with existing code to enhance it.
• Interaction with MySQL / MariaDB databases.
• Interaction with web services.
• Analysis and information research.
• Writing and reading technical documentation.

Soft Skills:

• Strong team spirit.
• Dynamic, communicative, and pragmatic personality.
• A strong culture of system and development security, as well as proficiency in Laravel or another MVC framework, would be additional assets for this position.

Conditions of employment

Job Type: Full-time permanent contract (CDI)

Salary: from €32,000 gross per year

Working hours: Monday to Friday

Location: On-site – Carqueiranne (Var)

Ability to commute to the workplace or willingness to relocate required.

You will have the possibility to work remotely 1 day per week.

Experience and Education:

Higher education (2 to 5 years of university studies) in IT (school or university).

Minimum 3 years of experience required in web development.
