Your responsibilities 

As a Technical Writer intern in the Product Division, you will contribute to a variety of projects under the supervision of the Product Manager. Your main responsibilities will be:

• Technical documentation: Updating and creating articles for the online documentation of our software (Sphinx iQ3, SphinxOnline, SphinxDeclic, DATAVIV') and translating them into English
• Multimedia content: Designing and editing video tutorials using tools such as Camtasia Studio or equivalent.
• Participation in the product development cycle: testing new features, reporting anomalies and participating in agile rituals (stand-ups, reviews, etc.).

The various documentation already exists but may be incomplete. Your mission will be to update it, enrich it and give it new life using multimedia content.

You will be supported by the Documentation Manager, who will guide you in learning how to use the tool and in all your tasks.

Required profile

Technical skills :

• Excellent writing skills in French (fluency in English is a plus).

• Video editing skills (Camtasia or similar software).

• Proficiency in structured documentation writing techniques (XML is a plus).

• Knowledge of technical writing tools such as MadCap Flare (appreciated).

• Knowledge of survey and statistical data analysis software (Sphinx, an asset).
