CLARISYS Informatique is a publisher of medical software packages, specialising in information systems for medical biology laboratories.

In a dynamic and ambitious environment, we are recruiting our Software Consultant (M/F).

Your role

You are the primary point of contact with our clients and play a key role in ensuring the effective use of our software. After deploying and integrating CLARISYS solutions, you ensure ongoing support for our clients in Medical Biology Laboratories.

Your mission 

• Participate in the deployment and customization of our solutions for new clients
• Handle support requests (incidents and advisory) from clients and distributors
• Support and train users
• Participate in testing and qualification of new software versions
• Work closely with project managers and the R&D team

Your profile

You have strong interpersonal skills and technical knowledge of the medical biology field, and you demonstrate autonomy and availability (travel may be required).

Ideally, you have previous experience in a laboratory or with an in vitro diagnostics supplier. You demonstrate rigor, autonomy and adaptability. You are comfortable with IT tools, teamwork, and have a strong customer service mindset.
