In order to continue growing and strengthen our market presence, we are looking for an experienced sales representative. This strategic role involves working closely with one or more of our SoftNext subsidiaries, implementing innovative sales strategies and actively contributing to the expansion of our client portfolio.

Your main tasks
Lead management: You will be the first contact for our potential customers. Your role will be to identify and understand in depth the needs of each prospect and build a relationship of trust from the first exchanges.
Impactful demonstrations: You will demonstrate the software, showcasing its potential to solve each prospect’s unique challenges. Your expertise will help turn a technical presentation into an engaging and personalized experience.
Development of offers: Having developed a deep understanding of the client’s needs, you will be responsible for setting up a sales pitch and architecting relevant and adapted business proposals, aiming to maximize the chances of success.
Closing: Your ability to negotiate and close deals will be crucial. You will guide prospects through the decision-making process, turning interactions into tangible business successes.
Ancillary responsibilities
Partnering with the marketing team: Working closely with the marketing team, you will contribute to the development of lead generation strategies, constantly refining our approaches to effectively target new prospects or market segments.
Customer follow-up and loyalty: Beyond sales, you will be the brand ambassador to our customers. You will ensure a quality follow-up, strengthening customer satisfaction and loyalty through continuous and personalized support.
Support and product development: Your role will also be to identify the needs of prospects and customers, you will be an actor in the improvement of our support but also in the evolution of the software.
Ideally you have the following experience and skills :
Sales experience in SaaS mode: You have an application rental sales experience. You have developed a strong customer service orientation, with an ability to listen and respond to specific customer needs.
Interpersonal skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present software clearly and effectively to potential customers. You have the ability to adapt your speech according to your interlocutors. You are solution oriented and know how to approach the business relationship with a consulting dimension.
Online and on-site presentations: You have developed presentation skills to demonstrate the benefits and functionality of our software in an engaging and compelling way. You have an ability to use storytelling and make demos interesting and interactive.
Personality: you have a team spirit, you are dynamic and have excellent relationships.
Desired profile
Graduate training in commerce, sales or equivalent.
Successful experience in selling technology, software and SaaS solutions.
Control of the complex sales cycle with different high-level interlocutors: you obtain commitments, ensure the closing of the sale, develop your turnover independently.
Planning and organizing your activity in project mode: you feed the indicators, alert, control the reporting, animate and mobilize the internal and external resources necessary for your sales
Ability to manage a sales team (direct or indirect management)
Excellent communication and listening skills, ability to negotiate and convince.
Autonomous, dynamic, with a strong team spirit.
Proficiency in IT tools and CRM software.
Availability for travel nationally and internationally as opportunities arise.
