As part of its development, SoftNext is recruiting a Managing Director (M/F) to head up one of its high-potential subsidiaries.

Your main tasks

Reporting to the Chair of SoftNext, you will take on the role of Chief Executive Officer with a clear objective: to accelerate the company's transformation, generate profitable and sustainable organic growth, and identify targets for external growth in line with the company's development strategy.

In this role, you will be responsible for the strategy, operational execution and overall performance of the SME-sized company.

Main responsibilities

• Define and deploy a clear strategic vision focused on PROFITABLE growth and value creation.
• Drive the company's transformation (major projects, organisation, processes, governance, managerial culture, product and tech roadmap).
• Accelerate organic growth in a SAAS model: structuring offers, go-to-market, pricing, customer acquisition and retention.
• Drive the performance of the structure: budget, EBITDA, margin.
• Unite, structure and develop the skills of the teams (product, tech, sales, marketing, support).
• Work closely with SoftNext on strategic issues, reporting and creating synergies.
• Represent the company within its ecosystem (customers, partners, investors)

Desired profile

• Proven experience as Managing Director, CEO or Business Unit Director, ideally in SaaS/software
• Solid track record in business transformation and organic growth
• Natural leadership, ability to engage teams in change in an SME-sized company.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, results-oriented and focused on value creation
• Comfortable in environments undergoing structuring/restructuring or acceleration
