Since 2006, M-TARGET, a subsidiary of the Dellen Group, has been a French group specializing in mobile messaging and digital communication solutions (SMS, RCS, and conversational SaaS platforms).

The group supports companies and institutions in their mobile communication strategies, both in France and internationally.

 

The Africa Business Unit is experiencing strong growth of over 100% per year and currently relies on several operational subsidiaries across the continent (notably in Cameroon, Ivory Coast, and Senegal).

In the coming years, the group plans to expand into new countries and strengthen its international presence to support the growth of the messaging and digital services market in Africa.

In this context of rapid development, we are recruiting a Junior Business Developer Assistant to strengthen commercial structuring and support the growth of African operations.

The position is based in Labège and reports to the Africa Director, with regular interaction with local teams and international partners.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Your mission

 

 

1. Commercial Development Support

  • Identify and qualify prospects in African markets
  • Build and enrich prospect and partner databases
  • Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence (messaging, SaaS, telecoms)
  • Detect business opportunities and buying signals
  • Prepare sales materials and client presentations
  • Contribute to the preparation of tenders and commercial proposals

2. Support to African Subsidiaries

  • Assist local teams in preparing commercial offers
  • Help structure international commercial proposals
  • Support preparation of client and partner presentations
  • Contribute to implementing common sales methodologies across subsidiaries
  • Coordinate occasionally between headquarters and country teams
  • Participate in monitoring strategic business opportunities

3. Sales Operations Monitoring

  • Monitor commercial activity of African subsidiaries
  • Update and manage CRM tools (e.g., Pipedrive or equivalent)
  • Prepare sales reports and performance analyses
  • Handle administrative follow-up of sales files
  • Consolidate commercial data from local teams

4. Data Analysis and Structuring

  • Create and update activity dashboards
  • Analyze commercial and operational data
  • Contribute to improving sales processes and reporting
  • Produce summaries for strategic management of the business unit

5. Marketing & Communication Support

  • Contribute to LinkedIn content and marketing materials
  • Support structuring of the Africa BU’s digital presence
  • Assist in organizing events, trade shows, or business trips
  • Contribute to strategic presentations

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Desired profile

 

Education

  • Bachelor’s to Master’s degree (business school, university, or equivalent)
  • Specialization in international business, business development, or B2B marketing is a plus

Skills

  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, advanced functions)
  • Knowledge of CRM tools (Pipedrive or similar)
  • Ability to analyze data and markets
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Interest in SaaS, telecom, and tech sectors

Languages

  • Fluent French
  • Professional English required
  • Additional language is a plus
