The role

 

We are looking for a Junior Digital Product Manager (B2B Rewards Platforms) intern.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

 

1. Gift catalog enrichment

  • Identify new offers (products, experiences, services)
  • Source partners and suppliers
  • Analyze market trends (gifts, e-commerce, incentives)
  • Update and optimize product listings

2. “Personal Shopper” request management

  • Respond to specific requests from users wishing to redeem their points
  • Search for gifts outside the catalog
  • Propose suitable and personalized solutions
  • Monitor and follow up on special orders

3. Product support & operations

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the platform
  • Assist with the day-to-day management of the catalog (quality, consistency, availability)
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, customer service)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Required skills and qualities

 

  • Student in a business school, digital marketing program, or equivalent
  • Interest in e-commerce, marketplaces, or loyalty programs
  • Strong customer service mindset (important for the personal shopper role)
  • Good analytical and research skills
  • Basic knowledge of product catalog management / CMS and curiosity about gift trends
  • Ability to take initiative and drive change
  • Languages: fluent in French and English (a third language is a plus: Dutch, Spanish, or Portuguese)

📍 Location: Villeneuve-d’Ascq (Metro stop: Les Prés)

💰 Internship allowance: €550 / month
