Your mission

Reporting to the Group Management Controller, you will become a key contributor to decision-making for our 9 subsidiaries.

1. Reporting & Performance Analysis

• Steering: Collect and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) impacting the group’s results.
• Closing: Work with the accounting team to ensure data reliability (cut-off management: accruals and deferrals).
• Analysis: Produce and comment on monthly reporting to explain variances during management meetings.
• Reconciliation: Ensure consistency between accounting statements and management dashboards.

2. Data & Business Intelligence

• Power BI: Participate in maintaining and optimizing our environment (queries, access rights, automation).
• Big Data: Work with databases containing several million rows and manage connections with tools such as Pipedrive, Cegid, and BackOffice.
• Innovation: Create custom reports and automations for various departments (Sales, Tech, Management).

3. Budget Cycle

• Centralize and consolidate budget forecasts from the group’s companies.
• Contribute to preparing summary documents for management.

Desired profile

• Education: Master’s level (Bac+4/5) in preparation.
• Technical: Advanced Excel skills required. Knowledge of (or strong motivation to learn) Power Query, Power BI, or Power Automate is essential.
• Experience: Initial experience in finance expected. Solid accounting basics are a strong advantage.
• Languages: Good communication skills required to interact with international subsidiaries.
• Soft skills: Autonomy, curiosity, and ability to adapt to a multi-company environment.
