In a young, dynamic and friendly atmosphere, and as part of our strong growth, we are recruiting a Support & Deployment Engineer M/F.
		Your main tasks After receiving full training in our laboratory management software, you will act as the privileged link with our customers and contribute fully to the correct use of our software. After deploying and integrating CLARISYS solutions, you will provide support to our medical biology laboratory customers. Your tasks: Participate in the deployment and customisation of our solutions for new customers Handle support requests (incidents and advice) from our customers and distributors Support and train users Participate in the testing/qualification of new versions You will work closely with the project managers and the R&D team.
		Softs skills You will have genuine interpersonal skills and technical knowledge of the medical biology sector, and be able to work independently and be available (travel required). Ideally, you will have some initial experience in a laboratory or with an in-vitro diagnostics supplier. You will be rigorous, independent and adaptable. You are comfortable working with computers and in a team, and you have a strong sense of service.
