Your main tasks

 

Defining and positioning products: 

  • Analysing the needs and solutions proposed by the marketing, sales and technical departments in conjunction with the product management team. 
  • Set up and maintain a technological and competitive watch; Participate in market research (Synthesis)
  • Study the technical feasibility, define the requirements (human, technical, etc.) necessary for the project 
  • Participate in drawing up the RoadMap. 

Development : 

  • Define the functional specifications and translate the characteristics of the project into technical terms for the development team in collaboration with the product management and LeadDevs. 
  • Ensuring compliance with the specifications and schedule drawn up beforehand, and that the resources allocated are appropriate.  
  • Monitor the development of the product, ensuring that it is in line with commercial objectives and the defined roadmap. 

Sales support: 

  • Steering and supporting the commercial launch of the product by developing a strategy (pricing, promotion, etc.) with associated services (installation, maintenance, training, etc.) in collaboration with the sales and marketing department.  
  • Designing technical sales aids and giving in-house and external presentations.
  • Drawing up the communication plan for product launches
  • Participate in drawing up the pricing policy.

Product monitoring :

  • Managing requests for improvements, 
  • Repositioning, adapting and monitoring sales progress

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Profile required

  • You will have at least 4 years' successful experience as a Product Manager with a software publisher.
  • Team spirit is one of your driving forces and you are passionate about putting the customer and business value at the heart of the approach.
  • You have a strong ability to understand customer needs and to translate these needs into product functionalities and specifications.
  • You are fluent in written and spoken English.
  • You are a self-starter, methodical and rigorous, with excellent interpersonal skills.
