Your responsibilities

 

 

As a project manager assistant, you will join the Product Division under the responsibility of the Product Manager, working closely with the development and business teams.

 

Your main role will be to support the team in scoping, organising and monitoring projects, helping to formalise requirements and continuously improve our products.

 

Project management (core of the role):

  • Participate in gathering, analysing and prioritising user requirements.
  • Contribute to the drafting of functional specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Participate in project monitoring and key team events (meetings, agile/Scrum rituals, reports, action tracking).
  • Collaborate with development teams to clarify requirements and support implementation phases.
  • Perform functional and competitive benchmarks.

UX & AI (depending on your skills and interests):

  • Contribute to UX thinking (user journeys, ergonomics, etc.) and participate in the design of mock-ups in Figma.
  • Identify use cases where the user experience can be improved through AI, and test and document simple uses of AI (LLM, prompts).

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Required profile

 

 

 

We are looking for a student interested in managing digital projects and designing useful, well-thought-out products.

 

Skills and knowledge :

  • Ability to understand, structure and formalise functional requirements based on discussions with various stakeholders (product, business, technical).
  • Good written and oral communication skills, enabling you to rephrase requirements, share information and report progress to the various stakeholders.
  • Comfortable writing functional deliverables: specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, reports.
  • Basic knowledge of digital project management: prioritisation, action tracking, meeting deadlines. An understanding of agile/Scrum methods (backlog, sprints, rituals) is a plus, with skills development supported during the internship.
  • Ability to use tracking and collaboration tools (backlog, task tables, shared documentation).

 

Desirable (but not essential) skills :

  • Basic knowledge of UX/UI (Figma, ergonomics, user journeys).
  • Interest in AI and its practical applications (LLM, prompt engineering).
  • Knowledge of best practices in web accessibility and quality (Opquast).

 

Personal qualities :

  • Rigorous, organised and able to manage priorities.
  • Curious and eager to learn.
  • Good interpersonal skills and team spirit.
  • Able to ask questions and challenge requirements.
  • No aversion to figures, statistics and dashboards, as these are central to our users' work.

 

Education :

 

You are currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+5) in project management, digital products, UX, IT, information systems or equivalent, and are looking for an end-of-studies internship.
