In a young, dynamic and friendly atmosphere, we are recruiting our Information Systems Security Manager (CISO) (M/F).

Your mission 

Reporting to management, you lead the cybersecurity approach within your scope (organizational and/or geographical).

You define, implement and enforce the information systems security policy in order to ensure data protection and the resilience of the information system.

As a true cybersecurity reference, you support management and business teams, advise them on security issues and raise awareness among employees. Depending on the size of the organization, you may work operationally or manage a dedicated team.

Your profile

You hold a Master’s degree (Bac +5) in cybersecurity or have at least 5 years of experience in the field.

You have strong knowledge of information security challenges, risk management, information system architectures and security technologies. You are familiar with ISO 2700x standards, the legal framework related to information systems security and data protection, as well as crisis management principles.

With excellent communication skills, you are able to influence stakeholders, work cross-functionally and clearly present your analyses to management. Rigor, diplomacy, resilience under pressure and understanding of business challenges are key qualities for success in this role.

Your responsibilities

• Lead security governance and risk management
• Analyze risks and define mitigation plans with management and business teams
• Define security policies and related objectives
• Participate in the selection, deployment and monitoring of security solutions
• Lead internal audits, security controls and relationships with critical providers
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain ISO 27001 certification
• Produce and monitor performance indicators (KPIs)
• Ensure cybersecurity monitoring, incident management and feedback processes
• Raise awareness and train employees and service providers
• Participate in projects and change management committees for security matters
