History

SoftNext was set up in 2018 by Dellen, an independent, family-owned group.
Dellen is a family-owned and independent company specializing in acquiring high-performing SMEs and mid-sized companies, founded in 2003 under the leadership of Pierre Baelen.
Dellen has progressively built more than 8 business areas by acquiring over fifty companies, including the software division under the name SoftNext.
Since 2018, SoftNext has brought together the Tech and Software activities and has completed nearly forty acquisitions.

Its subsidiaries develop software solutions for the healthcare, tourism, retail, telecommunications, construction, digital services, and messaging sectors, as well as ERP systems and mobile applications for iOS and Android. |
