Omniris Technologies designs and deploys unified omnichannel management and distribution solutions for all types of public venues: ticketing and activities, access control, retail management, F&B management, and cashless systems, across the tourism, leisure, culture, sports, wellness, and mountain sectors.

Currently in a pivotal phase of its development, Omniris Technologies is looking for its next Customer Success Manager.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Position Objectives

 

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Drive optimal adoption of Omniris solutions
  • Maximize the value delivered to clients
  • Identify business development opportunities
  • Act as the voice of the customer within Omniris and represent Omniris to clients

Key Responsibilities

 

Customer Support & Onboarding

  • Onboarding of new client

  • Training and supporting clients in using the solutions

Monitoring & Performance Management
  • Track customer success KPIs
  • Lead steering committees
  • Anticipate churn risks

Relationship & Continuous Improvement

  • Build long-term trusted relationships
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback
  • Contribute to product and process improvements

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Candidate Profile​

 

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s to Master’s degree (business, marketing, project management, IT)
  • Experience in Customer Success, account management, or customer support
  • Driving license required – frequent travel across the country, occasional international travel

Key Skills

  • Strong customer focus and service mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal, teaching, and writing skills
  • Ability to understand technical environments (interest in software, IT architecture, B2B)
  • Organized, autonomous, and analytical
  • Professional English appreciated; additional languages are a plus
